Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Beyond Preemie Services.

 

SMS Consent Communication

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

By opting into SMS via Beyond Preemie’s website form or other medium, You are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Beyond Preemie and Your Provider.  This includes SMS messages for appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, post-session instructions, and other updates that help facilitate communication between You and Your Beyond Preemie Provider. Beyond Preemie may also contact You regarding Your account, to respond to Your service question(s), to troubleshoot problems with Your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll Your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about Services, or as otherwise necessary to contact You to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement the Service may have with You.  You agree to notify Beyond Preemie of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with Beyond Preemie to reflect changes.

Types of SMS Communications 

If you have consented to receive text messages from Beyond Preemie, you may receive messages related to the following:

• Office directions

• Scheduling

• Appointment reminders and updates

• Post-session communication

• Billing inquiries

Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with Heather at Beyond Preemie on May 5 at 2pm. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Beyond Preemie at any time."

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 15 SMS messages per day related to office directions, scheduling, appointment reminders, updates, and changes, post-session communication, and billing inquiries.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Beyond Preemie in the following ways  

• By submitting an online form

 

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

• If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Statement of Understanding

I understand the choices and associated risks regarding how I choose to communicate with my Provider at Beyond Preemie. I understand that if I choose to link my online persona or real name to Beyond Preemie, I am knowingly putting my Protected Health Information and confidentiality at risk. I understand that if I have questions about Beyond Preemie’s Communication Policies I can ask about them at any time.

Acceptance of Terms

Through the use of this website and Beyond Preemie Services, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the aforementioned SMS Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement.  If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of Beyond Preemie’s site.  In addition, your continued use of Beyond Preemie’s website and services following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you are in agreement and acceptance of such changes.
