how many therapists work at Beyond Preemie?
I am a solo provider.
Families have direct access
to me every step of the way, building trust and
consistency in care.
What do you specialize in?
I specialize in feeding, swallowing, and development. Yes, this includes oral structure and function, feeding and eating skills, tight muscles, and
functional movement.​​​​

Does Beyond Preemie accept insurace?
Yes.
Beyond Preemie is in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
For all other insurances, a superbill is provided to families.​
is there a long waitlist?
No.
Beyond Preemie does not
keep a waitlist.
I strive to see kiddos as soon as possible, often within 48 hours, especially for babies that have
recently graduated from the NICU
or struggle to eat and grow.
how are visits scheduled?

First visits are scheduled by
phone call or email.
Follow up visits are easily scheduled by phone call, email, or messaging.

Do you offer home visits?
Yes.
Beyond Preemie offers in-office,
in-home, and virtual visits.
In-home visits are self-pay and dependent upon location.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Should i come to therapy if my baby is sick?
If your baby is sick it is best to stay home, both for your baby's comfort and to help keep other babies healthy.
Please call or message to cancel or reschedule therapy if your baby has:

A Fever
-
Vomiting or diarrhea

A contagious illness

Exessive coughing, wheezing, or trouble breathing

Is unusally irritable, lethargic, or clearly not feeling well​
Plese follow-up with your baby's physician if they are not feeling well.​​​​​​​
Does Beyond Preemie offer on-site clinical affiliations for OT students?
Currently Beyond Preemie
offers virtual mentoring for occupational therapy students.
On-site clinical affiliations are not available at this time, but it is something we are working towards offering in the furture.
